The Williams Family

Gordon & Christina
Gordon And Yevette Williams have lived in the ward for 3 years.  They have two great kids Christina and Brayden.  Christina just turned 8 and will be gettting baptized soon.  The williams favorite vacation is going to a cabin in Island Park, but they are saving to go to Disneyland.  They love to eat ice cream and love to go on walks and bike rides.  They also love spending time with Yvettes cousins.

Gordon is the Assistant Cub master and enjoys working with the boys.  It is a time consuming job and we appreciate his willingness to seerve.  He works for Interstate Batteries.  Yvette works at Dick's market and that is were they met 13 years ago.  I had so much fun getting to know a little more about the Williams.  We have enjoyed having their family in our ward.

Missionary Week

Alma 53:20&21
20. They were all young men, and they were exceedingly valiant for courage, and also for strength and activity; but behold , this was not all- they were men who were true at all times in whatsoever thing they were entrusted.
21. Yea, they were men of truth and soberness, for they had been taught to keep the commandments of God and to walk uprightly before him.

The Youth and Leaders had so much fun this year doing missionary week.

The Latu Family

The Latu family just recently moved into our ward.  We are Excited to have them as our neighbors.  When I asked them what there favorite vacation was the said the like to go to family reunions.  The Latu's have 11 kids the oldest is 30 and the youngest is 5.  Their favorite treats to make are cake and popcorn.  They are from the Islands and are very proud of their heritage.  It has been so nice to have their children in primary and mutual. They have really added to our youth.  We would just like to give them a warm welcome to our ward.
